Back in the day, that was how it was done with top big servers like Roscoe Tanner, John Alexander, VJ Amritraj, Peter Fleming, & Colin Dibley! Their game centered around free points on the serve so TB's were the norm; Chgo '75 had Tanner defeating Alexander, (7-6, 6-7, 7-6)!
