He was in a reasonably good position. With 2 sets to 1 lead.

Anyway, there goes another american down the drain.

Did you see any of it? He was having horrible cramping, which caused so many delays that he was losing entire games due to penalties.

Nope, wasn't watching it but they just flashed it up on the screen on the Sharapova match. I was watching that thinking she may lose it before it started but not looking likely now :( That's terrible losing games due to penalties for cramping :nono

Gabashvili has been having a very good year so not that surprising to be honest. He gave Nadal a tough opener in 2010 here too with 2 TB sets.

dimitrov a set away from his 1st win at the usopen.

That's so odd, considering he won it as a junior.

^ Sure is actually and I didn't even know he'd never won a match here before.

I saw him lose to Paire two years ago. He is a far different player now. Last years loss was pretty sad too.

I take great pride in calling him out early...even my friend Robbie Koenig was skeptical and didn't see it.

Harrison is such a punk. He will NEVER amount to much of anything. He loses the tiebreak and can't even hit the ball over the net from there on out.

He was never going to amount to anything with all the technical flaws in his game.
