To me Sinner is too tentative. He had momentum in that set, but laid back.

The thing is now though is can Sinner last a long, physical match like this? He needs to win the 2nd set quick or else it will be long match

he's 21. I'm sure he can survive a long match. I would expect this to be a long night. There's very little between them.

Also, the reason I am more agitated or vocal right now is because my expectation(s) for Sinner is Top 4/5 player in the world. He needs to show the fans/world that he will be consistent Top 4/5 player and not just an occasion bright spot here and there.

He is actually 22 years old. While he is young, I still think he is not in his physical peak or peak stamina yet. Also, it seems like a humid night so that will drain his energy a little bit more.

I get that. But he's 1-3 against Zed for a reason. Whether he wins in 3,4 or 5 sets tonight. The goal is to win. Let's get this W in the books first and then we look ahead to Carlitos and the rest of the draw.

For right now: If I were Sinner, I would just focus on holding serve three more times. If he gets an opportunity in the return game like 0-15 or 15-30 then be aggressive. Just focus on your energy on holding serve, Jannik!
