Djokovic shaking the shoulder. But Londero just lost his advantage. Djokovic called the trainer, but I think he can still beat Londero with a bum arm.

Haven't seen it, but his shoulder seems to be the problem.
If the nerve is the issue, no wonder it could hurt all over: elbow, shoulder even wrist too.

The rallies are too long. That could be the reason why some top tennis players get injured often.
Did you just wake up to 21st C. tennis? Why is this new?

I thought Novak's problem in Cincy was his right elbow. Now it's the left shoulder.

I agree that it’s not new, but I think long rallies do a lot of damage to the body, even though these guys are exceptional athletes.

Especially on the hard surfaces. I believe we have been discussing this for a long time.
