Oh, again with the surface excuses for Roger. It's also hot and humid. That makes it play slow. And the players, too.

It's a fact that it's really slow hardcourt. He is playing some scrubby grinder and having to press a little too hard. Hot conditions make it faster, humidity makes it a little slower

Hot and dry makes it faster. It's like 85% humidity here. That makes the balls slow, and the players, too. Even Roger is sweating.

Maybe he's right.

Without being able to watch any of the action, i think the pattern of how the match has turned around as was/is being described by our friend , plus playing at night where normally the conditions are slow, i can't see Federer turning this thing around. Millman in 4.
