Serena down a set. We'll see if she really wants this title in the next 10 minutes. She looks lethargic and not really into it.

Serena pulled it out, despite playing bad. Meanwhile, Kiki, the Queen of upsets caused another one by taking out Timea.

The Semifinals are now set. Of the 4 players who are supposed to reach semifinals, 2 of them (Serena and Garbine) made it. Fifty percentage success rate may not be bad given the current state of WTA.
Of the other two semifinalists, Kiki is not even seeded. Sam is at least a seeded player.

For the record, let us note the final and most important upset. Serena taken out by Garbine in straight sets in the finals.
