That would be really really appreciated.
It's only a half a week left, and I am really really interested to see who will be the last 2 and the alternates.
For now it seems like Kvitova and Kerber have the best shot at #7 and #8, JJ is right at their tail though!

There are other interesting things that can happen...
Aggie can get past Maria if she wins Beijing, right?

Looking at the Beijing draw you'd have to heavily favour Kerber or Jankovic for the 8th spot (or both if Sharapova doesn't play).

It's a horse race folks, here they come to the last turn!

Vinci plays Kerber, while Stephens plays Wozniacki. The losers will have a huge set-back. Keeping fingers crossed for Vinci, though. Kvitova and Errani should be safe.

Woz's FH to Sliane's FH? I would have to pick Sloane to win unless she has a mental collapse.

They both have mad defensive skills. It'll be interesting to see, but I would think Sloane's FH and serve will hold up better than Caro's.

Wozniacki is the ultimate pusher and gets to every ball ...that will frustrate Scone.:celeb:

Why do some -- some -- Serena fans go after Sharapova so harshly? It strikes me as ridiculously over-the-top.

I would get it if it were a situation like Federer fans getting angry at Rafa, since Nadal has a 2-1 winning record over Roger. But Serena owns Maria. There's no other way to put it.

The amount of time and energy some fans put into tearing down Maria is the message board equivalent of killing a fly with a cannon ball.

Probably the same reason non-Serena fans go after her, they just don't like her. Obviously everyone makes a decision regarding how to use their energy.

Lots of us around here respect Serena, not many Serena fans respect Masha!

Petra took Sara out of Beijing and is now poised to overtake her late in the season. Only trailing by 20 points, she has a difficult path ahead.

I think one of the main reasons is the never ending Media

hype. Listen to them and She is the face of tennis and the

greatest thing since Ding Dongs.

Also some of her over the top fans keep putting her in the

conversation with Serena.

With this loss, it will be tough for Sloane to get to Istanbul. She paid the price for not avoiding Woz's backhand. If Woz were to beat Serena again, this tournament would be a good opportunity. Serena seems unhappy and could decide she wants to go home.
