OK, things might go a bit higgledy-piggledy (is that a term?) over the next few hours as I'm uploading some theme changes.  The site should still function OK, so don't worry if the format is a bit all over the place - it's only temporary.

v2 is the new theme.

Current roadmap is:

v2.1 (release: 19/10/2015):

Theme the Groups and Activity Pages

Add list of users to Liked posts

Add the Directory of Tennis.  A feature aimed at widescale recruitment - tennis clubs, tennis coaches etc, fan pages.

Add Social Login - Login with Facebook, Google+ etc.

v2.2 (release 26/10/2015):

Add Polls (requested by many)

Add Preview Post (requested by Moxie)

v2.3 (release 2/11/2015)

Implement Live Chat Threads for Big matches  (requested by Moxie)

if you want a feature included, then reply to this post or message me.

Hi @Billie,

I tried it in IE11 and it worked OK for me.  Could you let me know what happens exactly?  Does nothing happen at all? or does the page scroll down but not put the quote in the messagebox?

Thanks, BB

Hi BB, when I click on the button nothing happens at all, the page does not scroll down, it's like I didn't even click on it.  The reply button works though.

Hi Billie,

You could try deleting the cache on the browser (it may have stored the old version of the script).

In IE11, you do this by clicking on the cog in the top right corner, selecting Internet options and then Delete Browsing History.

Another option could be to click the cog again and select "Compatability settings" and add discuss.tennis to the list.

If all else fails, download Chrome or Firefox, just Google the term "Chrome Download" for instance and install that instead.  It's a much better browser than IE. So is Firefox.

Let me know how you get on. Mine works when I try it in IE11.

Cheers, BB

BB, I tried to use the button for "link" of a webpage in one of the groups (for Nole) and it wouldn't work.  I do past the link of the webpage, but there is nowhere to click "post" or anything like that (only preview), so I did  it the old way.

Whenever you have time to reply, it's not a rush!

hi BRITBOX...

will you eventually include an 'edit' button in our posting? i wondered if that is very important but maybe it will help in case people want to either just delete their own posts or aren't satisfied with their own comments..

i know sometimes i am not so happy with my own posting and if i can find the time after posting try to make the effort to at least make it a bit more presentable -- considering my habit in ''writing'' has been very undisciplined...hehe.

but not really a big deal if it's gonna take too much of your time on this matter.

it's just a thought...

I LOVE how easy it is to navigate your website -- the way you arranged things..and how easily we can move from one section to another and not really ''get lost" as in some websites, including a certain very established and famous one...ahem...hehe...

yours -- i think is much more organized ...more streamlined and uncluttered. THANKS! I LOVE IT!

Hey @teddytennisfan - no you weren't being stupid.  You can edit for a few hours but after a few hours it's cast in stone.  I've upped the edit option to 10 hours, so you've got 10 hours if you want to change a post.

Yeah, see what you mean - will fix over the next 24 hours.

Besides an Edit button it would also be nice to have a Preview possibility - It makes editing less necessary
wpml_smile.gif
- This should be implemented everywhere one can post text and stuff

I also would like to suggest that an administrator of a Group should be able to make (and delete) subdirectories or link to new pages  - For example one for pictures - videos - news articles and so on only - It would make it all much cleaner and organized in a group

Another thing I would like to suggest is that the size of an avatar should be enlarged - say something between 110*110 - 150*150 - As for now one sometimes hardly can see how an avatar looks like  - The avatar in one's Profile should reflect the true size of someone's avatar used through the site - This is how my avatar looks like in my Profile page - Size is 150*150

Some might find it to large so maybe this would be better:

120*120

When commenting another user  the comment gets indented - I would suggest that one indent would be enough no matter the level - A quote in the comment should clarify what/who the user is commenting to - It also would be nice if the size of the poster's avatar  - handle and the posted text remains the same

I also think Discuss should divide ATP from WTA and create 2 separate forums

Some more smiley's (emoticons) would be nice

That's all for now

Looking good as expected... and the forums don't look too bad either B-)
