Dear all,

My name is Adina and I am a Postgraduate student at Aberystwyth University in Wales. I am currently working on my thesis for my Masters in Marketing and my project is about Maria Sharapova's doping incident. I would be very grateful if you would be kind enough to spare a few minutes to take part in my research by completing the survey down below.

Hello,

I have read the news in regards to the athlete; nonetheless, this subject is of great interest in academia (especially from the corporate perspective).

I am trying to find out whether the respondents blame her for the incident and if the scandal has affected in any way Nike's customer loyalty since she endorsed Nike :)

thank you too.

i just want to say my comments - summed up in my last sentence.

Maria banning -- rehearsal and a TRAP - TO PREPARE the world consciousness towards the NEXT phase

the blanket ban to smear the russian federation -- instigated by the all-front war by the USA and its vassals against russia...

and WADA officials themselves -- evne with just a cursory look at their own histories and connections are the nest of corruption itself.

this was NOTHING about ''clean sports" -- but the politicization of sports -- namely through the biggest even RIO OLYMPICS as one FEATURE of the american/western war against MARIA'S country, RUSSIA.

her ''banning" was the REHEARSAL.
ONLY COMPLETE IDIOTS would believe it has anything to do with ''clean sports".

Interesting that Maria has been so calm about how long this is taking. She was initially proactive about telling her side, now she just sits out, not playing, and not protesting.

YOU WILL ALL have the proper answers in due time..ONCE THE RUSSIAN federation is DONE with WADA to shine light on the NEST of roaches that they really are.

just wait -- i always say things FIRST and ALWAYS prove right even if most won't even understand it already happened so. lol.

this was NEVER about maria sharapova -- merely to CATCH a russian superstar ...as a ''test case" (which is how things work , u know, before rolling out the PRODUCT en masse -- you make the ''product test" first -- and THAT'S wha this maria matter was all about).

it was all about RIO OLYMPICS BLANKET BAN (attempt which failed ) for the HIGHER purpose of SMEARING RUSSIA by the USA BEHIND IT ALL.

just watch because -- as maria is ''quiet and not fighting it"

it is already TAKEN FROM HER HANDS...by the REAL PROS..AND ADULTS in this whole business...THE RUSSIAN GOVERNMENT.

just watch...you'll all (perhaps) understand it when the time is ripe.

i should add -- that the greatest pole vaulter -- ISINBAEVA of russia and the acknowledge ''woman to beat" at RIO - who was banned DESPITE being universally acknowledged as the CLEANEST athlete - both under stringent russian testing And WADA'S own previous testing --

was VOTED by global olympics athletes as THEIR representative to the IOC...

if THAT doesn't tell you what athletes around the world -- WHO WERE ALLOWED to compete BUT not the russians in the entire track and field where they are strongest --

thnk about the WADA SMEAR of russia -- you none of you are paying attention.

there will be a shaking of that USA/UK/CANADA controlled WADA tree's branches after RUSSIA IS DONE WITH THEM -- and boy -- there WILL be roaches falling out of the trunks and leaves....it will take time -- but b e assured -- MACLAREN and his ''witnesses" (proven liars who WERE punished by RUSSIA when they were caught by the russian federation tests and bought by the west anyway) - are SHAKING right now

knowing what's coming to them in endless deputations in court to prove themselves and their RIGGED accusations -- believe you me..because as far as RUSSIA is concerned -- this IS NOT OVER by a mile...

when russia seeks justice, REAL justice - it matters LITTLE how long it takes...it WILL GET JUSTICE for its people and reputation against the countries and officials who did this HIDEOUS affair because RUSSIA WILL NOT BOW to the empire and its vassals.

SO - IN FUTURE -- when things go as they WILL -- do not PRETEND , any of you, that it did not warn you ''Long ago". abotu how WRONG you and many have been.

Adina, if you read this thread you will know that Pova isn't popular on this forum. You will get data that may be skewed. Most of us think Nike is making a mistake by not cutting off ties.

The appeal judgement will come a few days after USO ends. Based on findings of ITF, I can't see how her ban can be reduced. Even that crooked lawyer of hers can't seem to do much to help the doper.

I have read articles in regards to the scandal, however she is not the first athlete who has been involved in a negative event. Via my study, I would like to shed light on whether companies that use athletes like her to represent them should retain or terminate the contract with them (after the propagation of the scandal).
