Papa Rafa did play better in the 1st set, though he did break early in the 2nd set, and gave the break back to love....?Rafa is playing about as good as he did at the USO.. SMH
Papa should have stayed home and changed more diapers this week..he is playing like his diaper is soiledPapa rights the ship and takes the opener 6-3
Try to be kind to the new dad it takes practice to change nappies okay lol!Papa should have stayed home and changed more diapers this week..he is playing like his diaper is soiled

Well you're missing Goodall and Jimbo tout Paul to upset your boy today, nappies and all
I'm not going to debate GOAT status in this thread. So don't start it here.I don't understand, how can Rafa be The GOAT if absolutely helpless & winless in the Fall in events run after the USO? No Paris Masters or YEC!
Here we go! Nadal's PR Agent is at work making excuses for him! Courier went right to the "injury card!" OMG, WTF? "Not to take anything from Tommy's play," he says! He just did! Absolute SCUM move! If Rafa starts b!tching in the news conference, I'm going to fillet him for the rest of his miserable life!
My peeps in Tampa Bay said that Jimbo is the nicest guy in the world whenever they attend the local tournament there..he gives them comp seats and etc.@the AntiPusher

I will be very surprised if Rafa plays Turin, just finished watching the final set, has I had to go out, to me his abs are still not 100%, he wasnt pushing off on his serve, not taking anything away from Tommy, who deserved his win, I knew when I saw the draw this would be a difficult matchMy peeps in Tampa Bay said that Jimbo is the nicest guy in the world whenever they attend the local tournament there..he gives them comp seats and etc.

I have every faith in Rafa, but this isn't the time of year when his game shines. I wasn't able to watch the 3rd set, but...Tommy Paul? He's not going to finally pull out the WTF. I am thinking that resting up for the AO is a better call. Just waiting for @Fiero425 to tell us this was Rafa avoiding Novak.Rafa should call it a season and enjoy fatherhood and come back healthy next year.
