^ Yep, it's ridiculous to still have this issue year after year since these tournaments can't be bothered to add lighting.
The French Open is in Many ways a lesser tournament to a number of masters events. They haven't done anything since the 90s. It will change soon I believe.

Still my favorite slam because it's on clay.

I do love the French Open but for goodness sake, if not a roof, at least get some ruddy floodlights!

Did anybody catch much of the Andy Murray match?

I'm watching the replay on Tennis Channel, first and second set and Stepanek is doing everything good, his serve, forehand (great shots) and moving well. I suppose he didn't have too much fuel later but maybe the rain has help him more than Muzz

Some, and I'm watching the replay now. Murray a bit sloppy and perhaps not focused in the first two sets, with Stepanek being his usual crafty self. He was mixing up his shots, coming to net a lot, serving well. I didn't see the 3rd where he got bageled. Murray should pull this out, especially as old man Radek ought to be a bit burnt tomorrow. I'm not shocked that Stepanek gave Andy trouble, just by how much.

And Cilic went out to Trungelliti. Seriously? I pay attention to the Italians, and I never heard of this guy. Has never even one a title in Challengers. It's as hard to respect Cilic as Dimitrov...both gone. I think Dimitrov was up 2 sets and a break, and managed to blow it. :rip:

Cilic was a big surprise... Dimitrov less so... he seems in a real rut.
