Psychology rules all sports, maybe none moreso than tennis. After awhile it's easy to predict in a match when a player will crack.

Yes, I used to get gut feelings when Federer missed tons of break point opportunities against Rafa that he would get broken next game and it happened regularly.

Yep, seeing as how I've watched more Federer matches than any other player I can practically always tell when he is going to blink. Especially in a decisive set. In that 2011 USO semi vs. Djoker I knew the match was over when it was still deuce on his serve.

It seems Muzz is going to win but my question is how long he is going to last playing this tournament?

And he got it thanks to that bad error by Stepa to whom I give him a lot of credit, he was almost there.....

Murray brings home the bacon on the second Match point. Uncharacteristically, Radek dumps a volley into the net. His net game had been great but his groundies killed him (70+ UFEs).

Murray will be glad to see the back of that match.

Probably a bad day at the office... I still think he'll go quite deep in the tournament.
I wish he will but even that he is my second fav and he has improved a lot playing on clay he still has not convinced me too much, I don't think those wins in Madrid last year and Roma this year was just because his racket/game

Fed has seven 5-set comebacks at slams? Trying to rack my brains....

I actually thought it was more than that. I think a couple came early. Ones I can think of:

Berdych at 2009 AO
Haas at 2009 RG
Falla at 2010 Wimbledon
DP at 2012 RG
Benneteau at 2012 Wimbledon
Monfils at 2014 USO

So it's not a couple early, at most one before 2009.

Thiem has raveled off 9 straight games. What looked like a dangerous match has become breezy.

You're right, I looked it up.

He has two other earlier ones: Peter Wessels at the 2000 USO and Sargis Sargsian 2001 FO.
