I am not surprised he didn't go away. Credit to him, he is still alive.Med breaking first in the 3rd set with a good drop shot
The slower conditions at night are killing him.Even though he didn’t win Medvedev came from two sets and a break down to get to a fifth against Nadal in the US Open final. Still in with a chance here I think.
Only 4 aces. Against Garin much more. The slower conditions at night are killing him.
Yep that was my main concernThe slower conditions at night are killing him.
Not just the aces but the overall court speed is WAY slower at night and his ground strokes are like Bambi goes hunting they're so timid compared to the day matches. He has no chance here and these night matches are complete bs imo. Clay at this hour ? Same with Federer's last match. The speed of the court at this hour is a joke. Beyond ridiculous. Day time match and score would be reversed imo.Only 4 aces. Against Garin much more.
I know, I was pissed off when I saw the scheduleNot just the aces but the overall court speed is WAY slower at night and his ground strokes are like Bambi goes hunting they're so timid compared to the day matches. He has no chance here and these night matches are complete bs imo. Clay at this hour ? Beyond ridiculous. Day time match and score would be reversed imo.
He is over doing itMed's dropshot gone awol
Come now! The conditions don't favor your fave, yet its the same for both players.
