@Front242, @Federberg — do you remember Roger ever receiving a time violation before? I didn’t see it, so I don’t know what happened, but I find it hard to believe he truly deserved it.
In the back seat of the car here taking a trip shopping so I missed all of set 2 and all I have to go on is this and a comment that it was shitty behaviour from Cilic if you click on that link.

I was wondering about this, too, and was surprised to see the comment above, as I can't really watch the match. But he played his first match his usual quick speed, to the point of my noticing.

Marin rebreaks in the 3rd. This could become a tight and tough one for both.

A bit of vintage Marin right now, he is playing very well.
Roger has to step up.

And he stepped up!
He is looking good overall.
At least a good sign for London.

never in my memory. I think Cilic was trying to force the play. I don't blame him. My issue was with the umpire. Players have to get their own towels, there has to be some allowance for that. Anyway good win by Roger. Didn't expect that level from him. To me this is just a warm up for SW19

Yup, Cilic telling him he always does this was a bit rich from a tard who bounces the ball almost as much as Djokovic used to. Federer is hands down one of the fastest players on tour between points.

Federer broke the rules, stop making excuses for him and get over it.

Umm … is it me, or does it seem as if Gasquet has already given up?
I said yesterday I'd be amazed if he won 6 games. Haven't even been watching and would rather watch paint dry tbh. Even before his back injuries the 6 games would've been a stretch, now maybe 3 or 4 is more realistic.

No he didn't. Cilic bouncing the ball 5 million times is no different.

When Cilic is serving he has the right to bounce the ball as many times as he likes as long as he’s still under the time limit. But Federer as a receiving player can’t delay play like that, he has to respect the server’s pace. Obviously you have never played tennis and you don’t know the rules because you are so in love and blinded by your boyfriend Federer. :negative::rolleyes::yesyes:

As a Nadal fan you should just quit while you're ahead and stop embarassing yourself since he's the slowest player on tour. Come back to me when Nadal can win a game in 49 seconds. I don't have a boyfriend though I believe you do from many of your posts.

Are you trying to insult Front with this? Because it’s not only inaccurate, it’s homophobic.

First I don’t even know if Front is a woman or a man and second it wasn’t an insult either way but just to show how he/she will defend favourite player no matter what they do even if they broke the rules. The fact that you thought of homophobia out of nowhere says more about you than anything else because homophobia has never crossed my mind in my whole life.
