I am really sorry about this. It was a joke!! I was having fun with a Nadal troll. The troll is desperate to see Djokovic exiting the tournament, so I was trying to calm him/her down. It’s very likely that Djokovic loses the semifinal, with the way Carlito is playing.

If me wanting Djokovic to lose and saying that Alcaraz is the clear favorite is considered trolling then I wonder what we should call someone misleading everyone here that you read on Twitter that Djokovic is struggling with his wrist and might withdraw... It's certainly 10000 times worse, don't ya think? You Fedtards have really lost the plot in the last few years.

Just looking at the H2H between Zverev and Ruud, Zverev leads their H2H 2-1 all matches have been played on HC
So this wil; be their first meeting on clay in the SF

These guest jokes are funny, keep them comin'!
Well, they’re actually solemn slices of autobiographical predicament - but I’ll take the laughs. Tough audience! :lulz1:

So I straightened up my spine and told him straight, I can’t watch tennis with other people. Sure, occasionally the missus, but she usually senses the trigger warnings when things go cold and she’s about to be sent packing to the bedroom. Or anywhere. I told him the truth. I don’t like to watch with somebody who doesn’t give a f, who disturbs me by asking what score it is, who’s playing, was that ball in, etc, and I suggested a few nearby mountains he can get lost on until the match is over.

He was semi cool about it.. :popcorn

I feel that Ruud is the slight favourite but it would be weird to see him with 3 slam finals and Zverev with only 1.

This is so true.

I hope it's not gonna rain on Friday, I mean in Ireland, not in Paris.
Well I won’t be on that mountain at him so I don’t care, I’ll be watching tennis. But I get too intense and focused on the match, and sometimes the scoreboard is ahead of the Eurosport feed, so I’m refreshing the page on the phone then on the laptop, generally following the score then watching the point, I must be unbearable to watch tennis with anyway…

I felt serve saved him in the last game. Got him a few points.
It did in the match game. But it was pretty reliable the whole time. Look at the stats:

There are things in Rudd's game that does need improving, Rune was the favorite to win this match, Ruud is a proven clay court even though at present he has not won a GS, his form coming into RG was poor, though today he showed up, his game was too steady overall for Rune today

Though Zverev will have the experience of making a final, even though he stuffed it up and his mentally in his game was his big downfall, though Ruud has a great mindset and in tight moments, that can be a big positive for Ruud
Keeping your UFE intact and low is one way of winning on clay, look at Ruuds UFE count today in his match against Rune?

Ruud made the final at RG last year, even. To me, Ruud should be slight favorite. If Zverev goes big, serves well and gets ahead, he could win. But, if they get into a grind, and Ruud tests his head, he'll prevail. He has to pressure Sasha's serve, bring out the DFs, and get in his head. To me, Zverev has to win in 4, max.

Tkanks Moxie, I am brain dead, I forgot Ruud making the final against Rafa last year LOL!, I need sleep,
Agree Zverev does need to win in 4 or else I feel he wont make the distance, Ruud wont go away.

It's OK, honey...we do the Aussie summer zombie thing for a few weeks out of the year, and you do it the whole rest of the calendar. I know it sometimes helps that you pull night-shifts, for tennis-viewing, but that can't be easy, either.

I agree with you that Ruud played very well today...maybe his best of the clay season? While I'm inclined to agree with @Kieran that the winner of this semi, (Ruud v Zverev) is likely to the the runner-up on Sunday, I'd actually pick Ruud as the sturdier finalist. Zverev has bigger weapons, but more down-side.
