Novaks fhand working better, opening up the court more, maybe he should think about putting a cap on, might help his ball toss when serving into the sun
Novak 3 games on the run, breaks Foki
Novak surrended that service game, Foki breaks back, 3 all

Well I saw a photo of it on his bare chest. looks like a magnet to me
But why would you need to change it? I saw him change it in the middle of the the Fuchs match. I think it's a delivery system for some potion.

Foki you were watching the line and not the ball, you had plenty of time to play that ball...you thought it was going out and it didnt?

He may need to change it because it loses its grip, through sweat? I don’t know what it is, it could be something magnetic, or a comfort blanket of sorts…

Rule in tennis, play the ball even if you think it is going out? the wind on Chatrier is deceiving at times
Great drop shot from Foki 4 all, Novak was leading 4-1
5 all, Novak with 1 more serve, SP on his serve
Great change of direction from Novak, shot right into the corner
Novak 6-5
Novak 76(5) he leads 2 sets to love

Tennis is 90% a mental game and that's why Nadal and Djokovic even at their worst could just put the ball in play, watch their opponents miss at the big moment and still win slams. Maybe Alcaraz has their mentality, but the likes of Fokina, Sinner, Rublev and whoever else are a joke. Talented ball strikers but mentally weak.

I hope Foki can commit to hanging in, but to play that much good tennis for so long and to have nothing to show for it has to be gutting. Come on, kid, show 'em what you're made of.

Unless Djokovic physically goes away Fokina has zero chance, even if he leads 5-0 (40-0) in the 5th set he will still find a way to lose.

The difference is this match between Novak v Foki, small margins, though Novak has played the 'big points better' when it mattered
I would love Foki to grab a set, he has worked hard in this match, with little reward

Foki really should be up 2 sets to love. If a top player is vulnerable, you have to take advantage of those opportunities and crush them. Otherwise, they'll only play better because they are winning the match even w/ their worst game. But this is what separates the greats from the others.
