Serbian here. I don't want to say he is an idiot, but he has no business in those waters. However, he would fit in with our other politicians quite nicely.
He ticks the first box:
Have enough money to buy a diploma...

This is interesting actually, because I had a teacher in Belgrade who claimed she went to school with John Major when she lived in England. She also said that major was a school leaver when they were 16. So you know that some politicians around the world tend to buy better "diplomas" than Nikolic did.;-):

That's true, Major did leave school at 16 and went on to become PM.

That said, do you see a political future for Novak, @Mastoor? I thought his natural inclination would be entertainment/commentating/charity. But Safin went into politics, and I'm sure that would have been far down the list of the guess for many, as to his post-career.

No, Moxie, you missed my post above, Novak was asked last year if he would like to be a politician when retires from tennis, he said he would like to stay in tennis and to be a coach.

He always wanted to act in a film, but not to become a professional actor, like you may play golf without having ambition to become a professional golfer. Nole even shoot some scenes in a Stalone film, but it was not included in the end.

I'd be surprised if he doesn't try some commentating because he is so eloquent and I am sure he will continue with his charity work.

Great game by Nole except for the overheads, but he did some very good ones as well so I am sure even overheads will be perfect before the semifinal.

Seems Rafa intentionally copied his result in this round so they are identical 61 64 63. Funny isn't it?

Best I've seen him for a while, part from the semi v Thiem. Overheads were never his strength but some of yesterdays looked great and the serve looked better.

Karen Khachanov is up a set against Berd. He's one who's definitely flying under the radar in comparison to some of his more highly-touted Nextgen peers. I'm flicking between that match and Stan/Dolgo at the moment.

Happy to see Chung do well. Defeated Querrey in the first round, two sets up in the second round.

Isn't calitennis Nalbandian's mother, so calitennis would know?

There is some very strong connection there... maybe Nalbandian was breast-fed.

So Berd is gone at the hands of Karen... and Murray has his hands full with Klizan (dropping the first)... although he's beginning to take control in the second. I think Murray will be OK.

Berdy has flown away. Forced out in straights by the young gun. Muzz drops the opening TB, but grabs the break in the 2nd set against Klizan. And in the battle of the aging Spanish Armada, Felo takes out the energizer bunny. In tears, Nico had to retire in the 3rd set. The gentle giant comforted him on the court.

Klizan is hopeless. Total headcase. No way he will beat Murray, bar complete implosion on Murray's side.

Heartbreaking. DP is probably the best opponent you could have at such a moment.

Murray retires? Anyone knows what is going on?

edit: the RG app malfunctioned and indicated a win by Klizan. Seems to work again.
