I've tried to catch a portion of as many matches as possible, and it doesn't seem that anyone is looking really sharp out there. A few of the upsets have been more than a little surprising.

Gulbis and Young have done little all year, but they're playing today for a quarterfinal berth.

IDK why people are surprised! In the old days, Masters were just as tough as a MAJOR with all the top players! You have to expect some upsets and I feel better when it happens! It's not like I want the top players to lose, but they need to be tested! Nole had no trouble with Sock today and that's a shame after he played so well to defeat Dimitrov yesterday in 3 tough sets! :angel: :dodgy: :eyepop

Remember, backing up an upset with another upset is very rare (but he could have given a tougher fight at least).

In US, you can try slingtv @ $20/month. It gives access to ESPN3. I ditched cable/dish package and saved $$$.

I think they're lucky in the timing. Players want to play now, and Montreal is the first chance they get. I doubt that Rafa, Nole and Muzza will play doubles in Cinci...
