Rafa to Carlos: "I have nothing against you, but you are the one on tour that puts more pressure on me. Look at the videos. I can't anymore"

Rafa's such a prima donna; can't take HIM! :cover :puzzled :nono  - Might have to take back what I said about Fognini not being an elite player; making Nadal look so bad now!

If we would start to talk about who is a real prima donna....:p

Hearing that Nadal was called for a time violation and got upset about it. Doesn't want umpires who stick to the rulebook apparently. :laydownlaughing

How do you win a set 6-1, have your opponent about to open a vein on the court he's so upset with what's happening, to actually being behind in a 3rd? What an idiot! :cover :nono :puzzled :dodgy:

If we also would start to talk about who is an idiot......I can show you some vids....... :D

Fog is so talented. Too bad he always looks like he would rather be somewhere else.

can't save this one. Rafa is gone. :wave

If Fognini hadn't run down that net cord, it would have been another fantastic recovery and come back for Rafa! Good thing he ran for it and flicked a winner crosscourt! Nadal and his fans will be shaking their heads over this one! Wow! :nono :cover  :dodgy:

Oh, Nadal is out, ohhhh Nadal is out, ohhhhhh Nadal is out...ohhhhhhhhh Nadal is out, and????????
Fog has played better the second and third set, he has deserved to win and Nadal after his IRREGULAR up and down game has deserved to lose. Not big deal, it's not the first time he loses after to be out of the court for awhile

The head scratcher is Nadal's performance in the 2nd, but I don't think have to be a fan to be surprised. And Fognini did pick it up a lot, as Carol said. They both played a lot of tennis yesterday. I was actually wondering if it would be better for Rafa not to win today, or else have to skip BA. Two long matches in one day is not a good way to begin the calendar year. So...he'll have a few days' rest.

That was his 2nd time violation so he was stripped of 1st serve. I would have been mad as well, but the ump followed the rule.:)
