Si Si, I just can't see any upsets happening tomorrow and I looked at my crystal ball closely!
I can see Klara knocking out Angie but unlikely, I can see Lucie finally beating Petra but that's a big maybe. JJ and Alisa can be close. I don't see Li having problems and I sure don't see the Qatar Slicer hurting Sara...
Simona WILL have to face Sara!

Stosur, Woz and Ana lose in 2nd rd. Someone was right

this may be an interesting year.

Question: Are the top players letting down or is the rest

of the WTA steppin up?

I think it's a combo. In previous years, the top players could be a little off and they would still find ways to win largely due to their opponents. Now I don't see fear in the lower ranked players. Many of them have belief and in the critical moments they go for their shots instead of shrinking.

SI SI seriously - GIVE ME A BREAK - it might look as I'm online but that's only becuase I sometimes forget to log out. AND the first issue on WTA was like i wrote and on the official website there was a message that there might be a court change. Both courts are monitored on TV so I can't actually see the damage as there are NO spectators anyway on CC. I'm just trying to give you the information as soon as I see it and I hope you all have the same team spirit - period.

hoergren, you really misunderstood my "spirit". I was NOT attacking you, I just fixed the information, that's all. :)
My previous post was not serious, so I explained that now I am posting in a serious way. I didn't say that you are not serious. Thank you for all the information and the pictures and everything. :)
I am with you, don't worry about me and good luck to Caro in the future.
It was just a miscommunication and I was excited about last night matches, not about your "big error" which can happen of course.

Apology granted :) - sometimes WE are a little besides ourselves - fair enough. Good luck with Simona

I guess that Caro's lose wasnt the best feeling and I understand you. Take care, you are cool :)
The connotation was really with my previous post, not with your post. Thanks

Li is playing, so is JJ
Li is struggling, JJ is dominant, again!

JJ is destroying the field for the second match in a row which means that she will lose the next match ;)
Thats how it goes...

JJ has been hot and she has had an easy draw, from here on it'll get tougher. But, I am thinking, by the time Lucie is done with Petra, there won't be a heck of a lotta Petra left to fend JJ.

Monica took the first 2 games.
:)

Li is in deep trouble now, after a grueling 3 setter yesterday, she is facing another grueling 3 setter to win today. I really don't think there will be much Li left for tomorrow either.

Li accepts a few UE's from her opponent and evens the match 6-2. We're heading for the decider.

(Monica) The "Qatar Slicer" Broke Sara twice in the first set, she has yet to face a break point!
She will serve for the first set, ahead 5-2

5-2 and serving for the 1st set :D :clap
I wanted to say something about your game prediction of the Monica match (you gave no chance), but I decided to shut up because my trumpet is already loud enough on the forum ;)

Si Si, I am always predicting something or another, I've been wrong at times, or most times, just ask kskate....
:)
You can trumpet all you want(that's why we're here), I don't think you would fare much better, this is WTA after all.

I still think Sara will take care of the "QATAR SLICER".
:p

But a Romanian Quarter is fine with me.
