I will just say this, with all the discussion over wildcards, he won two qualifying matches and then managed to go deep in the main draw. These matches are similar to Murray vs Djokovic. Both are supreme defenders with Novak being a little more offensive from the baseline and Danil having a better serve. It comes down to who can keep the UFEs down and remain patient. At AO, Novak made few UFEs and cracked Med. At USO, Novak made many UFEs and cracked himself. Here, they were going toe to toe, Novak started moving Med side to side, Med cracked in 3rd set, got frustrated, UFEs went up. It's about who cracks first.....

Also, Novak used variety, showing his all court game which has helped him become the GOAT, statistically (no denying facts). He came to net often, served and volleyed, used dropper, slice etc....

i am vaccinated, i took the two moderna vaccines but i can totally understand those who have already had covid not wanting the vaccine and other people, like pregannt women being wary of vaccine. Treating these people as bad people is counterproductive, it actually makes them more rebellious. It’s an aweful way to speak down to people. Some people are actually scared of taking vaccine, we should educate them, not treat them like bad people. I do make sense. You don't make sense..if you want to have empathy towards Novak's plight or someone's else's who are hesitant to the accuracy of the vaccine so be it. Don't judge me if my thoughts don't align with your thoughts. I am triple vaccinated plus took the flu vaccine vaccination shot. The booster shot had me pretty much bed ridden for more than 6 hours. Do you think I enjoyed suffering like that for something if everyone would have complied to take the vaccine we may have a opportunity to kill the virus or reduce the amount of Covid infections to numbers where we could go back to live a normal life..
