Big opportunity there for Medvedev, but Dominic holds. As this set tightens, if they both continue to hold serve, I think Thiem will win. I think he's better and more aggressive in tight spaces. Medvedev to serve, knowing he had those break points. Maybe his tight win against Rafa in set two yesterday will boost his confidence?
