They get it done regardless of who is in there bud. That goes way beyond the salary cap or just getting lucky with drafts. And that even includes QB's. I won't take anything away from Brady, he's got the rings and accolades to prove he's the GOAT qb but Belichick went 11-5 with Matt Cassel at QB and recently was 3-1 with Jimmy G (good QB) and Jacoby Brissett, a 3rd string scrub who started against the #1 defense in the league and won 27-0. Add it up and most think Billy Boy is the main straw that stirs that drink.
Yes mate... the point being that his team-friendly contract helps the front office to assemble decent personnel to go around. Obviously Billy Goat is a great coach also.

Eagles getting smashed by the Saints. 24-7 at halftime. Even the Raiders are winning at the moment.

This day has been totally flipped from last Sunday! All the teams I can't stand are winning even when they should've lost! I still can't believe Jax played not to lose and gave their game to Steelers & Washington not only lost the game, but their QB as well with a broken leg!

Spot the Charger fans (this is their home game against Denver)

The Spanos family made a monumental fuck up leaving San Diego.

The franchise is all in every year, the Pats don't make big money free agent signings for the most part but they aren't afraid to take talented guys that may play for a discount to play for a ring. They do whatever Bill feels is necessary but you don't see them signing superstars for big and long contracts. Instead they go after the Josh Gordon's and Darrelle Revis's when they pop up. And frankly sometimes they win big without a lot of talent. Rodgers signed his contract during this season, the team isn't sucking because of his contract. They haven't badly underachieved the last 8 seasons because of his prior contract either. Badly mismanaged team that has sat on the sidelines during free agency when they've had plenty of opportunities to make big signings and/or trades. Ted Thompson's last few drafts were so atrocious that it set the team back quite a bit. Add that with a clueless coach who is clearly on his way out and you get a dumpster fire.

And the defense isn't bad either. Both have scored 2 TD's on defensive strips

Both defenses are disasters but they actually have offenses that are designed to get players open quickly. Imagine that!

KC had a chance for an interception! When that happens and they don't, it always seems to cost them from regular season to a Super Bowl! :nono:  :banghead:    :rip:

Yes it's uncanny. Any time teams drop game ending interceptions in these 2 minute drills they end up losing. Rams already scored. This is like a college game

Mahomes makes his first bad throw. Should have just tucked it and prepared for the sack.

Mahomes is like a Favre clone playing in the modern NFL. He has too many bad throws in him but he's fun to watch and can make some seemingly impossible throws as well.
