Rafa won the practice set 6-1 v Rublev and was very satisfied with how he was serving ( though to me Rafa has a abbreviated service motion)

"I came here a bit of a last minute decision, because I didn't know if I was going to be able to play.Tomorrow I will be on court".

Rafa will play Alex de Minaur in his 2nd round match Wednesday 17th April not before 4pm local time, ( there is a possible slot change)

Hopefully this loss won't discourage Rafa and that he will still be excited to play RG and Olympics and end up having great results there. He did show some great tennis for a good part of the match so hopefully he will improve as the clay season moves forward.

I'm again curious to see how Rafa comes out against De Minaur this time. Something tells me he is not losing twice to a same guy in a span of a week.

We will see, as long as Rafa's serve holds up and I would prefer him to win in straight sets, then going 3, at this stage I feel Alex would have an advantage if the match ends up going 3 sets
