I loove that Moya is doing a little trash talk.
He usually doesn't like to respond but Moratouglou likes to talk a lot of garbage and more against Nadal, maybe because he has Academy too?

After big mouth of Mouratoglou said that he doesn't see Nadal winning this next RG , Moya has reminded him what Nadal has done this year after have been months out of the court and then asking him a little more respect.

Vanos Charly....typical Patrick M and his mouth LOL!....You tell em Moya....Carol I saw that on Twitter earlier today
Moyer destroyed him Patrick M in one tweet...PM needs to stop his unsolicited opinions about Rafa and concentrate on coaching Simona Halep in the WTA

BTW Carlos Alcaraz doesen't want to be called 'Carlos"
"I feel like I did something wrong when someone calls me that".
Prefers Carlitos or Charlie.

I don't speak Spanish, but how the heck does Charlie derive from Carlos?

^ Has anyone noticed who Alcaraz is playing doubles with? Or noticed that Alcaraz is even playing doubles?

Yes. He's playing w/ M Lopez and apparently extending his career because this is Marc's last tourney.

I am hoping that both FAA and Sinner win tomorrow because they face each other in the next round if both players win.

Also, Korda vs. Musetti is another interesting match tomorrow.

I hope Sinner's abductor problem he had in his first match has improved.

LOL, It's confusing because these days the Spanish Carlos is simply also addressed as Carlos in English.
However the formal English name Charles is technically translated Carlos in Spanish and "Charlie" is a diminutive of Charles.

Kskate,

I just looked up what Charlie means,

"It is a dimunitive of the English Charles ( which I originally thought it was), meaning "Free Man" it dates back to the Middle Ages when it was very popular in France due to the fame of Charles the Great.

I did a bit more research,
Apparently Spaniards do not like to be called by their full names ( being Italian I can attest to that)
Only bosses and mothers do and they know they are in trouble....( agree I used to say Oh No what have I done wrong when my mother called me in my full name, being Catholic I have 3 names plus my surname :)

Outside of his serve, he needs to put some muscles on his body in the offseason because it seems like he often gets some type of injury this year.

The good thing is that he is only 20 years old, so he has time to put some muscles.

Agree, time to go to the gym, apart from muscle, strengthening work also is needed in the gym.

Agree, if I were him, I would look on how Andy Murray bulked up in 2008. I remembered that Murray was "skinny" in 2007 and he got that wrist injury in Hamburg. Next thing I know, he put on some muscles and played a lot better in 2008.

Now, I don't expect Sinner to fully bulked up like Murray (probably not advisable), I do expect him to put some type of muscles and like you say, more strengthening especially the core muscles.

I just looked up Sinner's height and weight and he was listed at 6'2 168 lbs (76.2 kgs). In my opinion, he needs to put at least 5 to 7 lbs of muscles especially in his core and lower legs to be fully effective.

Murray used to skinny and also his legs, I remember at Wimbledon in 2008 you could tell he had been to the gym, he actually had muscles in his legs, and put on some muscle in his top half
Agree 76.2 KG at 6Ft 2in is underweight for Sinner....putting on weight at least 7lb and muscle will help him in the off season going forward.

Let's make it a cool 10 pds. He's tall enough to support it.

We watched them beat Kubot/Roger-Vasselin the other day after it looked like they'd go down, and Marc Lopez was great. I didn't realize he's retiring, but I do know he has joined Rafa's team.
