You go every year to NY? You're having the life I want! :ras: :cry :snicker
Yep, I'm going there every year but sometimes in September or October, also in Christmas which I love to be there (completely different like here in Miami). You can do it too, the world is very small. Are you from Scotland? that 's the place that I'd love to visit, I heard is beautiful and the people are nice and friendly so I'll be there anytime

Way too many conservative Trump supporters for me in Scotland, lol

Happy Birthday to both of you, but could you take this off line please?
I have to scroll through tons of messages to find something about tennis :speechless:

Ok, go ahead if you have something new to tell us besides Monfils is playing his worst, Istomin is lost in the world, Ferrer has said that his career is almost finished but he doesn't have afraid of it and Dimitrov is advancing. And how much Kyrgios will have to fight vs Baghdatis to win?

Didn't Monfils hurt his ankle in the game after he went up 3-0 in the 3rd set?

Now it is official: Monfils and Simon, as expected, produced the weirdest scoreline in the history of sub-lunar tennis matches: 0x6 6x0 7x6 (7x0).
lol I saw the score and the first thing I thought was that does not surprise me at all. The 7x0 in the third set tie-break is icing on the cake

No idea. Was at work but mostly I just thought why get to a TB and score 0 points. Can't have been too serious if he got it to a TB though.

I will be in NY to celebrate my Birthday since this next Thursday to next Monday so I don't think I will have too much time to watch too many matches so it would be great if Rafa withdraws, go fishing, resting, taking care with his hear, training and ready for Roma
Happy birthday, and enjoy New York - we always do!

By the way I've just read that Rafa has otitis (inflammation of the ear), maybe because he jumped to the pool in Barcelona and the water was too cold? grrrr :nono. Hope my wishes become true and he now withdraws playing his next match in Roma

Rafa has only 250 points or more to defend.,if he isn't 100 % why push it..besides he can hear the umpire when he exceeds time for serving allowance.

Or he can use it as an excuse: "Eh, no? Can no hear, eez the bad, no?"

Looking the scores it seems that Baghdatis is giving Kyrgios a hard time :popcorn

They can hold up giant flash cards for him. Gift wrapped by Carlos Bernades with a neon flashing lights so he can't miss them.

I suspect Monfils might have had to give a W/O the next match. After he hurt it, he pretty much switched to trying to win points pretty much off big serving. The next couple of games most posters elsewhere thought he would've retired.

As usual in this year's clay season, another impediment in the path of Rafa is gone.

Which one? Or were you joking about Monfils. I'm a bit sleepy, sorry if I didn't get the joke... :faint

Oops, yes I was thinking about La Monf only, even though generally he is only an impediment for himself. But, I am doubly wrong as he is actually in Novak's quarter.
