Why would I lie about something that can be easily checked and make myself look like a liar? I remembered it totally wrongly obviously and I appologised for that. I am aware that i will have to appologise for the same thing each time I login.

Though i must say it is tiring to hear the same sort of things each time I come here and I don't even get to talk about tennis because I get forced to talk about other things. Good for you, herios. I woke up this morning trying to be confident, but knowing that Ferrer could be a threat. I know he's not seen as a threat in finals against the big four, plus a couple more, but he is always a threat to ruin your day. He is so unfairly under appreciated. There is a reason he's been in the top 3-6 for the last 3+ years. People always give Berdych more of a chance, but who's out and who's still in?

Ferrer is doing all he can do. He's fighting and pushing Nadal as best he can. Rafa is a tad off and here we are. It has to do with the Valencian's play as much as Rafa not being able to get by with ordinary play.

I respectfully disagree. Nadal is more than a tad off and Ferrer hasn't done anything special. Certainly not anything he hasn't done in his previous encounters with Nadal.

Not seeing the match, but reading commentaries from other threads, I concluded that today, Ferrer had directed more than he usually does the majority of his FH to Rafa's BH, not allowing him to dictate with his FH.
Usually, the pattern of the play when they play on clay is Rafa gets to neutral rally, then starts pushing back David with his FH, then drives the error from David or scores a winner.

I've seen too many utterly uncompetitive Nadal Ferrer matches my friend. Not talking about ferrets abilities on clay, just his abilities on clay against Nadal. I would say a similar thing of federer.

His neighbor's dog died, and Rafa always referred to that dog as "my second son" (even though he doesn't have a first son), so he was emotionally scarred. I heard that has a history of screwing up people's clay seasons. That, and old players on PED's.

Glad to hear about the wrist. As for Rafa, you're wrong, he loses sometimes when he's fit. You need to be careful how you post - you make excuses every time Nole loses, and now you're starting to make them for Rafa, too?
