Gasquet gets squashed like a bug. It took only 48 minutes.

5 breaks for Fed with Gasquet getting no sniff at Fed's serve.

Next up Nishikori for Fed. Nishikori has beaten Fed even as late as last
year. But, he does not stand a chance this year with Fed's current form.

I just looked it up. H2H between Fed and Kei is 1-1. Kei beat Fed in Madrid last year.
I do remember Fed saying after that match that Kei did not even have to play his best
tennis that day to beat him as he (Fed) played so poorly.

Can we say the same if Andy beats Nole:snigger

Nah. But we probably can if Nole beats Andy.

lol maybe Dennis,i hope it's a great match however the out come.Andy has the game to beat Nole the past shows this.I hope Andy wins this one,cos come clay points are for the taking for Andy.

Murray definitely has the game to beat Novak allright, but I don't think its going to be a great match. I don't know what the tactics are between these two, but it usually ends up in an UE-fest.

Looking forward to watching Andy v. Novak as much as I look forward to watching a metronome. :nono

Alex I know you hate watching Andy play Novak.Either can win & both should be fresh & up for it.

May the best man win on the day.

Yup. I was gonna reply that he was crap that day but was holding off before I get labelled as a Fed fan claiming Roger only lost because he played poorly. But seriously, anyone who watched that match could see he played like utter tripe.

Didn't catch the Dolgo / Wawrinka match. How did that one go for those who watched?

Just checked Miami scores and the Hot Dog defeated Stan? Anybody watch the match? Man, Dolgo has been in hot form lately.

he has enough talent and desire..

it is weather at 25 he has finally put "bad dog" in his head away into a locked hi-security compound and he lets the "good dog" in his head flourish..

He beat my top Dawg last week, so I appreciate his talent.. However, I knew he would be a bad match up for Fed.. Fed made a living 10 years ago harvesting grandslam titles of player of his caliber(nice flashy game but very inconsistent)..

Yea, the top 10 was just filled of Dolgopolov type talent back when Federer was being gifted slams. That's a new one.

Fellows like Dog are better as snipers than as Top Dogs. In other words, he'd do better against Fed in round one than in the rarefied air of an MS semi-final...
