Slight change of tactic from Rafa. Moving around to keep on the forehand. Let's see if it's enough

This is also proof, IMO, of what I've maintained for years: among the (theoretical) Big Four, Andy's most interesting match-up is against Nadal.

Wow! This reminds me of the Wimbledon semi a few years back. Will Andy melt now?

Didn't you pick Andy to win in two (2)???

:snicker

Oh yeah, that was against Nishikori.

All you OH police can relax now. It didn't cost Andy the game, he breaks anyway. 3-0

This could be a huge win for Andy. I think this will be his first Big 3 win in well over a year right? And his first masters as well

Gets the break anyway.

Murray is scorching his backhand. Impressed.

Great stuff by Andy there, have to say, I'm impressed. Can imagine a few Kei bandwagoners transfering their stock onto the Scotsman. He's held himself together perfectly so far, and it's Rafa who left befuddled...

I mean, Rafa is far, FAR, from his best, but this is fantastic from Andy!

*tries to push memories of last year's Madrid final from memory in order to believe this might actually happen*

That's quite the garbage play by Nadal, and Murray has picked up his level to boot. This one is a wrap. I'll now await the anti-Murray brigade to name me the laundry list of players they feel are ahead of Murray on clay, as they do every year...before Andy out-performs said players, as he does every year.

First big 3 win and first Masters title since back surgery IF he finishes it off, and IF he finishes it off, also his first big 3 win on clay.
