That's it for "Isnerman" as the Italians are calling them. Entertaining team, though. They actually make a really good team. I hope they do it again.

Tsitsipas got broken in the very 1st game. It might be a quick match…

Somehow Tsitsipas has forgotten how he ever got up 2 sets on Novak last year. Or even to play tennis at all.

Djokovic was looking much more vulnerable in the 2nd, but Tsitsipas was not at all the man for the job.

I suppose if you wanted an lesson in the difference between “great” and “good”, we got it today. Tsitsipas had control of the second set, but not control of either himself or his opponent. “Great players” aren’t necessarily “greatly skilled players” - great players are players who play great when the pressure is on.

And Novak is one of the greatest at managing to do that…:clap::clap:

I don't remember when Novak won a tournament last time without losing a set. This was a total domination the whole week. He is playing better than I expected of him, considering where he was a month ago.

Tsitsipas is playing meh this whole year and wasn't a real threat this final and I'm not sure if he or Zverev are going to be the threat to Novak in RG, crown princes as you call them don't play so well at the moment.

I see only 3 players that can win RG this year: Nadal, Djokovic or Alcaraz.

They just don't worry me unless it's BO3 on HC! Novak still the 2nd best clay courter of this era! He's done the most damage to stop Rafa from winning all clay events; sometimes in straight sets believe it or not! Watching repeat and there's lit'l if any rust on his game! Stefanos dd his best!

Actually Stefenos has the game to beat Novak on clay, though he has to stick to a game plan and be mentally engaged in the match from start to finish, he really has not been the same player when he was leading Novak 2 sets to love last year,at RG.
Sasha has not the mental capacity to go 5 sets in a match at RG ,he is better on a HC with his overall game
