So, both Dog and Fog are gone.

Not to rub anything in but there's a reason I thought it was preposterous when Fognini's name was being thrown around as any sort of serious contender in a different thread (you know, that whole "does he have a ceiling" debate).

This has been the fourth time when you are attempting to reply to somebody else's points
by quoting my post. Please refrain from doing so. Thanks.

Report me.

Jesus you're an idiot. I'm feeding off what you said, to make a general point. It wasn't meant as a dig at you. But rather, the natural flow of conversation.

I did not know Jesus is an idiot. Thanks for informing me.

When it happens once or twice or sporadically, I can ignore it as unintentional
(and I did ignore three times). Otherwise, it appears to be a propaganda to
misrepresent my points of view and paint false narratives.

I posted only one message in the "Stan has a ceiling" thread and I am
reproducing it below.

Stan has a ceiling only in indoor matches. In all outdoor matches, be it on clay, grass or
hard, Stan does not have any ceiling (and so does all other players). ;)

You're out of your mind if you think this is some deliberate propaganda attempt to misrepresent your posts.

My post was more a dig at Hieros. I thought that much was obvious. Since after Fognini beat Murray, he dug up a quote of mine where I said Fabio is not a factor at the FO and he had a ceiling and asked me "what's Fabio's ceiling now?"

It's got nothing to do with Stan or the post you made about his proverbial ceiling.

Again, I merely quoted your post because it mentioned that Fabio lost and I commented on his loss. Hence, natural flow of the conversation.

Trust me, I don't care to make you look bad. You do a wonderful job at that on your own.

And Ferrer beat Kukushkin 1 and 2. Ferrer showing no signs of fading so far this season, despite predictions to the contrary.

Davis is an interesting case. You look at how he plays and you look at his age, you ask yourself , how can he keep on doing this. But there is also the mileage issue...Ferrer is 5 years Nadal's senior but he has played only 25 or so matches more than him. He is the same age as Roger, but has played significantly less amount of tennis than him, almost 4 season's worth.

So maybe he will keep rocking and rolling for a little while more.

I'm anxious to see how Andy does tomorrow. I hope he can put in a better effort than we saw in Madrid.

Federer is another interesting case. Will he be focused on the match, or distracted by his new children?

Rafa -- Well, we all know the story here. If he's not sharp, Simon could trouble him.

Poor Dimitrov has to play Karlovic. Yuk!

I think Federer will be focused. I can't imagine he'd leave the kids if he wasn't. Murray is definitely the guy who could do with a good run here. He began well in Madrid, defeating Almagro, but he has no form. It's a worry.

Rafa might find Simon to be the kinda guy he wants to face. He'll get a lot of chances to hit the ball. Hope nobody falls into a coma watching that one...

I'd hate to play Simon on the dirt. He is like a brick wall and seldom makes many unforced errors. Reminds me of Ferrer in some ways -- not too many weapons in the bag but constantly consistent. Still, Nadal should win it in straights. Then again, his form has been pretty erratic over the months, so who knows?

Andy looked better. Dismisses the extremely loud Granola in straights 6-2 7-5

Awful conditions to play in on court. The wind was terrible which, of course, blew the clay all over the place including into the players' eyes!

He pushed Fed to 3 sets earlier this year. That would give him a lot of confidence. Fed is complicating this match. He's not being as aggressive as he should and no good today on defense.
