Nadal breaks. Andy has lost the plot, needs to get back on track quickly to take Rafa out in straights.

Rafa just seems to have lapses these days. This is still Murray on clay so I'd be shocked if Rafa doesn't win the next 2 sets and pretty easily.

Cleaning it up and being more aggressive. Good adjustments. ¡Vamos!

Ladies and gentlemen, Mr. Nadal is taking a 3 minute mental timeout.

That wouldn't shock me either, but the larger pattern is clear. Three sets, and 3+ hours to beat Simon, three sets to take down Youzhny, losing a set 1-6 to Murray.

I'm well aware this delights certain Federer fans (*cough cough*), all Djokovic fans, and a significant percentage of the "neutrals" so at least some people are enjoying this.

Of course, just like everyone aside from Roger fans are happy to see him be largely irrelevant. Rafa is still probably winning RG, only one player out there can beat him.

Yeah, that might aptly summerize it. He still often finds a way, but the dominance is lacking.

^ It was lacking last year too. Brands was one botched volley in the 2nd set TB from being very close to two sets to zip.

That was just a shaky start at RG from Rafa, not an indication of anything larger as we're seeing this year. I mean, how many tournaments did Rafa win last year? ;)

So Rafa probably takes the third now I guess. Warmed up and all.
