Back to the high quality serving from the start of the year for Ernie. Impressive set.

Ernie levels at 6-1. We're heading to the decider. The wheels have fallen off for Dimi.

Ernie says he stop drinking and smoking because he got tired of seeing guys who couldn't play in the top 100. LMAO :laydownlaughing

Haha, he's a good laugh. I like him

Ah, like Safin in so many ways. Though I'm not sure he ever gave up. :laydownlaughing

Si, si Fernando!!!!!!!!!!!!

A rare top 10 scalp by Nando:
7-6, 6-1 against Richie Gasquet
:clap:clap:clap

The way he struggled against Zeballos I thought he will be toasted today
Now VAMOS!

Fernando can still surprise. Good for him. (And you, herios!) Also, Bautista Agut continues his good run, and Feliciano got through in 3.

Usually cheer him on, no matter his opponent.

Some people slag him because he grew up with money. I appreciate the fact that he's committed himself to the game. Not only has he given up smoking and drinking, but he's moved himself into the top 20. Tennis needs characters like him.

Ernie digs himself out of a hole and holds with a beautiful dropper!

Beautiful FH dropshot by Gulbis. Haven't seem him play that shot for quite some time. Used to do it all the time on clay back a few years ago.

Just tuned in. It looks like Dimitrov is getting it together again ... I hope.

I hope this set is a dog fight. Who's everyone rooting for? I've warmed up a lot to both guys, primarily do to improved focus and commitment, but I'm going with a little more inclined to Dimitrov.

I am rooting for Ernie, but I overall feel similar to you Mox. I am beginning to like Dimi.

Dimi should win it as he has more talent, but Ernie can surprise.

I am not sure you can say Dimitrov is definitively more talented. Ernests has some incredible shots.

Dimi is the better athlete. Ernie is a lot like Dog, he has some unorthodox shots that when on are really nice to look at.

BP for Ernie again. He muffs it and then abuses his racquet.

Oops, there's goes the racquet. He's got a long way to go to beat Safin's count, though.

It didn't help him either. Dimi realized he'd gotten under his skin and closed it out. Let's see if Ernie can keep it together now. :s
