Good to know that Lajovic won a match finally! Managed to watch a game or two and that backhand is still a beauty! Good to know that the same applies to Jarry. Rublev, another player I like, got a LL entry which he did not deserve. I was following the scores of his last qualifying match, he won the first set on TB, and was leading the second set TB 3x0 and had two serves. The score app froze and I went to sleep quite he sure he was in. I woke up to find he lost that TB 6x8 and lost the third 6x0. Maybe there is some reason, otherwise a complete meltdown.

About Jarry's service motion, I am seriously thinking about copying it (long story and an injury behind this).

There had to be several last minute withdrawals I see 3 lucky losers at least: Berankis, Rublev, Kecmanovic

Wonderful pictures!

And here Nadal and Federer side by side practice

Thanks Carol..that’s a real treat for the fans..I am being honest..if Roger is practing on the outer court and let’s say for instance there’s a match going on in the stadium, most fans will leave that match to come watch Roger practice..it’s surreal..nobody has a following like Roger.

If you see the beginning of the vid both players got those practice courts at the same time, in one side there were five rows for the public and at the other side only three but I think both players get the same attention

Unfortunately for me, the match is too early, I won’t be able to watch it. Tsitsipas should have been put in the late afternoon slot, as he is becoming a huge attraction.

Early break for FAA. No matter how this turns out, this kid is having a legit breakthrough.

I was interested to learn that FAA was 3-0 vs. Tsitsipas in junior tournaments.

As advertised, FAA's second serve is a bit of an issue. He's also hitting a fair number of errors. Just missed a smash...Still a bit raw.

I hope some of you are getting to watch this. This is a preview of many finals to come.

I don't care what the ATP site says, FAA is 12 years old.

...but his is playing like a 21-year old at least. Better player so far with authority.

I usually would root for the one handed BH but since I saw that video with the post-mast exchange between Tsitsipas and Medvedev I mildly root against Tsitsipas all the time (and, by the same token, favorable to Medvedev). I really try to ignore personal stuff, but sometimes it just gets you.
