I'm happy for Bouchard getting through, but Stephens is going to rue her blown chances to even the match late in the 2nd. Muguruza's uneven form continues, but happy for McHale.

Ivanovic wins a big battle with Giorgi in 3rd set TB, when Giorgi had MPs in the 6-5 game. Great win for Ana!

Serena had a rough start v. Putintseva, full of UFEs, but still managed to win the first, and then smothered her in the 2nd. And Jankovic just smoked Coco Vanderweghe. You never know what you'll get from Jelena, but surprising how much she dominated Coco.

Jankovic is still pretty capable... she's had some decent results over the last few months.

Agreed. I think she's always dangerous, when she's on. And I like her. I just thought it would be more of a match.

JJ has always preformed well at IW,still some of the Top 10 ranked players are not playing to their ranking again at IW.

Halep seems to have found some form, after a dreadful start to 2016,maybe practicing with Graf has helped her cause:)
Radwanska and Serena playing well.

Serena has lost 2 sets so far this year plays Radwanska next.

Love watching Kastkina, though I think at this level Pliskova will win.Magdalena has had a solid tournament,Vika should win their match.
