Nice win for Stan, he is going to be in the final and it'd be a good showdown if it's against Federer and a juicier one if it's vs. Kyrgios. Hoping for the All-Swiss final of course though I wouldn't mind Fed vs. Carreno-Busta either lol

Nah, that's why I said he is going to be in the final. It'd be a huge upset if Carreno-Busta takes him out but if Roger makes the final I wouldn't complain if CB does pull off that upset! Regardless I do give a decent edge to Roger vs. Stan here IF he gets by Kyrgios and Samurai.

Thiem was not bad, had his chances but what a lousy TB

Should have broken Stan before the TB; missed a nothing "moonball" FH under no pressure! I've been picking him along with A. Zverev to be part of that new wave, but he found a way to let Wawrinka off the hook! Stan's been so lucky, barely scraping thru; Q, WC's, & LL in 3rd set TB's! :cover - http://fiero4251.blogspot.com/2016/08/fan-page-novak-nole-djokovic.html

Experience matters, that is why Stan was able to come through. And that is what Dominic needs more.

This already sounds like a bad joke, why the players which are playing today the winner will have one day off and the others semis have to play tomorrow and the winner the next day?
I'd love to watch a Kyrgios-Carreño final

^ They are still playing the QF's today. It's the top half that has the slight edge of having today off.

herios, are you really bragging about picking Stan over Thiem? That was an easy pick, amigo.

And Kyrgios withdraws with what he thinks is food poisoning: http://www.tennis.com/pro-game/2017...erer-kyrgios-sock-nishikori-tennis-atp/64848/

A nice break for Roger but I was looking forward to this match the last couple days. Hopefully Nick recovers and is ready to go for Miami. For Roger hope he gets a nice hit in, he will definitely be the late match tomorrow so I'm not too worried about his rhythm being messed up after having 2 full days off before the semi.
