that might work if both Novak and Rafa hadn't participated in those same tournaments. And frankly both Dubai and Basel tend to have more heft in terms of participation than a tournament like Barcelona for example. Just saying...

I agree, his level went up and up. I was particularly gratified about his ability to rally from the back court in the final. Haven't seen that level of application for almost a year
