The Tournament

Delray Beach hosts the world's only combined ATP World Tour/ATP Champions Tour event. The 2016 Champions Tour event featured a Team USA vs. Team International competition, which included James Blake, Mardy Fish, Wayne Ferreira and Sebastien Grosjean.

Juan Martin Del Potro made his long-awaited return to the tour here in 2016 and begins his 2017 campaign here again.

Milos Raonic is the top seed going into the tournament.

About Delray Beach:

Known worldwide as a vibrant, intimate town with big city sophistication, Delray Beach is a gem of South Florida, directly on the Atlantic Ocean. The city has upscale shops, fine restaurants, nighttime entertainment and, of course, the incomparable beauty of nearly two miles of award-winning beaches.

Delray Beach is 30-45 minutes from Palm Beach and Fort Lauderdale International Airports, and only an hour north of Miami. A two-time winner of the coveted All-America City award (1993 and 2001), Delray Beach celebrates its art, culture and history.

Great to see Juan Martin back on the courts! He's playing Anderson, so they're on serve so far: 3-3.

Del Potro just beat Anderson in straights. It's a little hard to judge his game in a battle of serves. He's still using the BH slice, but it seems to be more strategic, because the 2-hander was used effectively. It'll be interesting to seem him in a match where he has to rally more.

Lol. He was just wrapping it up when I posted the rest of the results...

But this is for you @mrzz

I'm not bitter... Welsh, not English ;)

But that goal was just enough to put Maradona over Pele in my all time lists at the time :)

I like Maradona but I hope that it was only "at the time". Pelé is in a league of his own and I don´t even know how to start a conversation about it.
