Bad break for Rafa on that bad call. He spanked a clear winner.

Nick breaks right back and that too at love.

Now, it is over. He will not give it up again.

Fucking hell. Opportunity lost, but really good Kyrgios. I hope he wins the title.

It's tough rooting for that clown even with his Greek blood. Why he doesn't try like this more often...crazy talent and a colorful character but sometimes it is too much. I was at the Karlovic match and Ivo had him on the ropes and then suddenly he decided to play. That's how he rolls.

Nick is so odd and intriguing. Just a couple of weeks ago (or last week?) he was telling his mother from the court that he didn't want to be there, and he retired. But he totally gets it up for the marquee matches. I really do hope he can find some moderation in his attitude, so that it 's not just the occasional upset of top players, but big titles, including Majors. He's such a talent.

Rafa now has exactly 500 points lead over Roger. If Fedal final happens and Fed wins, that will be more than enough to wipe out the lead (not to mention that Rafa also has some points to defend a USO).

Does it!

I hope he goes onto win Cinci.

Let's see how he follows it up.

Close your eyes and cover your ears: Ferrer was really frickin good tonight and even fun to watch as he took it to Thiem in a big way. Alright end compliment of Ferret but he won't donate like Rafa did.

It will not go un-noted that that IS actually the closest you've ever come to complimenting Ferrer.

Horrible game by Rafa, he has had a mayor oportunity to lift the match but he didn't, he made the biggest errors having the serve and losing, he just has to blame himself. I can imagine what he will have to heard about his "comatose" game from Moya. Anyway, he has not showed too much in Montreal and Cincy but USO is going to be something different. Meanwhile if Ferru will play like today Kyrgios will call the trainer for sure
