The young stars are rising rapidly, so great to see. Saw the highlights of Eugenie's win over Jelena, could Eugenie get just the 2nd WTA title win for a Canadian? Petkovic has beaten her twice in their two previous meetings, but I am thinking Eugenie is going to get her this time and make it to the final.

I think the winner of the first set could be a telling factor in the s/final between Bouchard and Petkovic
I am going with a Petkovic win.In saying that I will be delighted if Bouchard wins and makes the final.

In regards to the other s/final Bencic v Capelova.This is a toss up for me.Both players had great wins over their more experienced opponents.A pleasing aspect of the match between Bencic and Errani was when Bencic got used to Errani's spin she started to come forward with aggression and reeled off winner after winner.Bencic has a good bhand.

Both players are in their first WTA s/final and have never played against one another.

I will pick the 17 year old Swiss player Bencic to win.If Capelova wins that would not surprise me as this is such a tough match to pick.Both young ladies surprised me with their win's today....in a good way.

I was very happy with Genie's win yesterday And it is nice to see some of the young players from some countries doing well, but you don't see any Americans around :nono

Bouchard simply looks phenomenal. She hit twelve winners in that first set. She is going to have to come down from her level for the German to get back into this.
