I've got a feeling JMDP won't risk playing tomorrow.

That sounds reasonable. I couldn't watch the match...they didn't show it here, but it did sound like a choke from Dodig.

When Tennis Channel isn't showing live matches, check ESPN's streaming site. That's how I watched it tonight:

That's an excellent tip, and I'm sure works for many, but not for Time-Warner customers, like me.

Saw the Rafa match. His baseline and serve looked as good as i've ever seen him play on hardcourts, and he was returning really well too. I mean, the forehand is jsut as dominant as it ever has been, and he was really stroking the bh as well. Part of that was that he could hit a bit more freely b/c his opponent was outclassed, but you have to like his chances here.

He still has clearly lost a step, but I feel his anticipation is perhaps even better than it used to be, so he's able to hide the loss of some of his old quickness.

All in all, Rafa is looking very sharp, and I wouldn't be surprised if he wins it here.

Just a quick reminder. Tomorrow, they are showing two R16
matches live on ESPN2. They are of course Nadal's match and
Murray's match. 12 to 4 EST. So, no need to mess with
steams for these two matches.

But, I cannot see JMDP playing even assuming he
is playing as that match is live on tennis channel.

I look forward to some great match-ups today: Ernests vs Andy; DelPo vs Milos; and Rafa vs Jerzy!! Good stuff :)

Some cracking matches alright. Haven't watched much tennis last few days but will try and watch all of those except Delpo v Raonic which I'm not too excited about. The other two should be much better on paper at least. JJ is always exciting and I'm all for seeing him play different members of the top players to see how they both fare. Hope he varies his serve better than he did against Murray at Wimbledon. Got way too predictable there. Body serves with that power and speed are the way to go imo.

Who is your internet provider? With some internet, you can get access to Espn3 streams just not espn/espn2 streams.

In previewing the matches today, Peter Bodo(http://www.tennis.com/pro-game/2013/08/good-morning-canada-thursday/48664/#.UgOozlOE57E) says raonic is a better mover than Delpo. Is he crazy or am I crazy. In what world is milos a better mover than Delpo?

Pity the moving he does better is moving swiftly off the court after the handshake. Del Potro is hands down the better of the two by a country mile and has a slam to his credit. More wisdom from Bozo.

I think Bodo is biased against Del Potro because of some aspect of his attitude. I know that Nalbandian really rubbed him the wrong way at times - go back and look at what he said about him after the 2008 Davis Cup final.

Argentine tennis players seem to get under Bodo's skin for whatever reason.

Yeah. I don't get why espn3 isn't having commentary for these matches either?! Jerzy looks pretty good. Could be a slugfest.

I knew Jerzy was gonna give Rafa a hard time. Let's see if Rafa's experience can take him over the top ..
