Saba's aggressive work on attacking 2nd serves today is something that should be a regular occurrence on the WTA tour, but dosen't happen nearly enough!

Well done to Aryna Sabalenka defeated the finalist of last years IW Maria Sakkari in straight sets, 62 63 she is the first player through to the final at IW . as I thought after her defeat of Gauff and Sakkari has being having to win in 3 sets, against Kvitova,I thought Saba would win!
Saba is now 17-1 in 2023, being a finalist at IW is a first for Saba and her best effort to date at IW, she will play the winner of Swiatek-Rybakina

Well, Well, Well, after declaring that this court was hard to play on, found it hard to win points., and did not suit her game, Rybakina has come out today in the 1st set and did not let Iga Swiatek into the 1st set, playing hard and flat up the middle of the court and also to Iga's fhand wing
Can the No 1 player re-set her game? or can Rybakina who defeated Iga in the 4th rd at the AO this year, defeat her in straight sets again?
Rybakina 62 1st set

I've just tuned in. So iga IS vulnerable?

I didn't see the earlier match, but not surprised Sabalenka won. Power v. power, and Sakkari gives up a lot in terms of size.

Yes Iga is vulnerable to hard flat hitters, like Rybakina, Rybakina is serving at a very high level, Saba is playing well 17-1 so far in 2023

Iga is going have to win this one the Smith Barney way. The old fashioned way she is going have to EARN it

Well she just got broken early in the 2nd set, if Elena can keep up her impressive first serve, hold her serve, I cant see Iga winning, also Iga has to cut out her UFE as well
