I saw a video of Darren Cahill and Amanda Anisimova at practice a couple of days ago at IW and learnt from Tennis Channel commentators that Darren Cahill has decided to not continue their 'trial' coaching arrangement a couple of days ago with no notice?
Amanda is now looking for a new coach.( Darren was with Amanda at the AO)
Amanda's next match will be Lleyah Fernandez I will watch to see if Amanda is coachless.

I am interested to see Karolina Pliskova's match today against Danka Kovinic,it is Karolina's first match back since she injured her right hand in practice before the AO this year.I feel she will be able to win her first match back.

Emma Raducanu who seems to getting injured a lot so far in her young career will play Caroline Garcia.I read a great article from Martina Navratilova who feels some of this rising youngsters,who have acquired a lot of sponsors,do not do enough training in the gym for their strength work,they seem to have more responsibilities to their sponsors off court than in the gym.I feel Martina has a good point.

Can Kaia Kanepi ( giant killer) defeat Belinda Bencic?

Iga Swiatek plays her first match today,I feel she has the overall game to win in IW, though it is early days,anything can happen in tennis as we have all seen.

More confirmation that Darren Cahill has split with Amanda Anisimova,who apparently a few days ago made it a permanent arrangement? it was Darren Cahill who initiated the split ( I have heard Amanda can be difficult to get along with)....oh well,shame.
Amanda has talent,and she had good results with Darren at the AO this year.
