Yeah, watched that yesterday. She looks very nice. Glad she's happy since her retirement. Seems like no chance of a comeback at this stage although I'm interested to see what the "big surprise" in August is going to be. Hardly planning to play at the US Open surely..

Didn't want to open a new thread but saw this on tennis.com about Jamie Hampton and thought this thread would be most fitting since as it's about retirement. 2 hip surgeries at age 24. That's really hard luck and bad news for her career which may never be the same. Now, I know the surgery is hoped to improve things, but that's major surgery there and really career threatening unfortunately. Hope she recovers well but I have my doubts.

Never know Front. If Brian Baker, Tommy Haas and Hewitt can come back after all their surgeries. Surely Jamie can. She's younger than all 3 and hasn't really made her mark yet.

Yup K, hopefully she'll be ok. Very young to be so unfortunate to have both hips operated on though.
