One thing I hate is when Nadal just gets nervous on the most crucial time...especially after playing so well for most of the match. He does not want to go five sets here...

And he gets ultra aggressive when he realized he messed up or lost his serve. He needs to be aggressive all the time!

And by the way, the slow courts here don't favor Nadal at all, and this will be evident against Thiem and God forbid, if he makes it to Novak.

Personally I've never bemoaned surface speeds because of Rafa. It would be more relevant as a complaint that it advantages Novak. But the truth is surfaces were slowed because of the power servers. We now live in a world where power servers can be countered with better racquet technology. In light of that it makes no sense to continue to slow surfaces. Let us fans see the full complement of surfaces we used to have. I tire of this dominance across surfaces from the top guys. The era of surface specialisation was more egalitarian to me. To be able to dominate across the surfaces meant more. I'm not certain that all of the top guys would have equal facility in that type of environment. It would have been great to test that thesis
