Yeah, as much as I'd like Dimitrov to assert himself properly by winning a few big matches I just don't see it from him when I watch his matches. Patches of great play, some flashy brilliance and way too much of frankly nothing too great. Roger made a monkey out of him at Brisbane. When a 33 year old beats a supposed next generation potential slam winner 6-2 6-2 there's something wrong.

When he was around, there was always at least one American in the Top 10, one American in the second week of a Major (OK, except RG). But these days, it's practically headline news if an American wins two matches in a row at a Major.
