Well this is why I’m wondering about this hamstring. It’s very difficult to play with a hamstring tear, it’ll only get worse if it’s already bothering him…
You believe he really has a problem with the hamstring? After last year in Australia it's hard to believe anything he says :astonished-face: He's no warrior like Rafa when it comes to injury. Every time he has a real issue he quits:fearful-face:

Novak's "discomfort" means that he is 99.9 percent ready which is good enough to defeat anyone in the world including Nadal
Wimbledon 07 his discomfort were blisters lol you can't retire in a Wimbledon SF with blisters. His injuries are always questionable. He would be long retired if he had Rafa's chronic injuries

That's a pathetically long time to go back to prove NOTHING! The more negative his detractors can go, the more positive I can go since his consistency is absolutely unmatched, breaking just about every record out there; sans majors by 1! One day it'll sink in after it's hammered home a couple decades that no matter the glowing reviews of Fedal, Nole'll own all the records eventually! :thinking-face: :astonished-face::face-with-hand-over-mouth::face-with-tears-of-joy:

I’m only talking about this AO only..absolutely Nadal can defeat Novak..but not serving like he has the past 6 months
Rafa's barely played in the past 6 months. But forget that...rubber hits the road. He'll fight for it. At this age, if they should meet, history means nothing. But for now, let's see how the first round goes.

I'm only referring to his current hamstring discomfort in regards to his odds of being ready for this Fortnight..no way would I bet against Nadal's chances vs anyone if he is serving better. Thanks Moxie.

Now, down to the outfits. What is Nike thinking with Frances' outfit? (And presumably we will see more of this poor man's Pucci, AND no sleeves??) Frankly, Frances can rock it pretty well, but not loving it.

Here's a question: Everyone always points out that Rafa has a good record against lefties. What is Draper's?

Nadal won 1st set 7-5, but's down 2 brks in the 2nd set! I heard Novak tweaked his leg, but Kyrgios' the 1 who's WD'ing from AO w/ injury! :face-with-hand-over-mouth: :face-with-tears-of-joy:

Actually, he won the first set 7-5. Not to split hairs, but if you're going to report on the match....

That means that Safiulin gets a LL tomorrow, which is Denis Kudler, also opens up the draw for Djokovic

OK, I just tuned in for a minute of the Draper-Nadal match. Draper returned a ball in a high lob and as Nadal set up to smash it, Draper just casually walked across the court, giving up on the point. What a punk. Not a lot of respect for guys who give up like that. Rafa should teach him a lesson in champion class.

Tiafoe was serving for the match but let Altmaier back in, and is behind in the 3rd set TB.
