I have no sympathy for Ruud now. He should be running Brooksby around, not hitting right back to him.

What amazes me with players at this level, even when they have not played one another before, they should test out asap what stronger wings they have? are they blind? being brought up on clay, it was one of the first things I learnt and understand

Not since 02 AO has the Top 2 mens seeds failed to make the 3RD at a major!

I think it's both. He's a clay guy and he's a little over-ranked.

A bit of both, he could not handle the fast conditions at the AO, he needs more time on the ball, slower courts I feel suit him best, even though he made the final of the USA last year
