I was thinking that Cressy's net play might make for an entertaining match, but he's very new to playing at this level, and Medvedev is definitely on a mission, so Maxime might just get passed off the court in no time at all.
What do you think of Matteo's chances against PCB? He is probably a little bit of spent after the last few matches

PCB has had some tough matches, too, including a 5-setter, too. I thought he looked terrific in ATP Cup, until he lost rather meekly to Shapo in the final. Pablo is sturdy, but Matteo has the bigger game. Pablo is a bit fitter, so maybe it comes down to that, but I'm going to take Berrettini.

So, the 4th Round Matches are set:

Kecmanovic-Monfils
PCB-Berrettini
Shapovalov-Zverev
Nadal-Mannarino

De-Minaur-Sinner
Fritz-Tsitsipas
FAA-Cilic
Cressey-Medvedev

The Nadal and Medvedev matches are the only matches I can see it can go "straight-forward" The other ones are very interesting to watch
To follow on as to a couple of other matches, (since I've given my opinion on Berrettini and Cressy, as if anyone cares,) I will mention that Jon Wertheim, on the Tennis Channel recap/pre-cap this evening, points out that Rafa should roll Mannarino, and Zverev/Shapo could go long, which could help Rafa. Zverev has been cruising so far, but he hits a higher level of competition this round. DS has beaten him 2/3 of their most recent matches. He's got the pressure of being one of the favorites, AND the pressure of not wanting to have to leave it all on the court v. Shapo, should he face Nadal next. I think he's going to feel the pressure today, and I also think Shapo will pressure him, if not beat him. I'm not seeing the upset, but, TBH, I'd take a long, hard match.

FAA is suddenly playing well, but so is Cilic. I'm inclined to favor Cilic, and I don't especially like him. FAA has a breakthrough hump to get through, and Cilic, playing his best, has won a Major.

Tsitsipas has shown, I think, that the shoulder is not an issue. I like Fritz and his game, so we'll see how this goes, but I think Stephanos goes through.

De Minaur will have the crowd, but Sinner has the game.

Kemanovic runs out of luck v. Monfils.

My predictions, aided by those of others. :popcorn

You guys are tough on me! Come on...even straight guys admit that Berrettini is the hottest looking guy on tour. :face-with-tears-of-joy: But you have to admit that he has a bigger game than PCB. And you have to concede that PCB, like RBA, is one of the "workhorse" players at the top end of the draw. Not exactly thrilling, but so solid. PCB has bigger weapons than RBA, I'd say, but solid doesn't win the match against the better player on his good day. The match v.Alacraz was emotionally and physically draining though, and we shall see if it galvanizes Matteo, or he comes out flat.

So @Jelenafan translated correctly, no?

(Berrettini is extremely good looking.)

DeMinaur was trending for a while, but has stalled. I think that the crowd will help pull him along, but Sinner has a good head, and won't be fussed by that. I think.

Hopefully Shapo will test Sasha today, personally speaking I find his 'overall game' boring.Yes he can win against top players in a 3 set match tournament, still he has found to be wanting when it comes to GS.To date he has not defeated a Top 10 player in a GS tournament.Quite frankly his final at the USO was just 'woeful' having CH points,as my husband said to me this final was one of the worst he had to endure.

I agree about Zverev. I held out hopes for him initially, but have found found him disappointing, (in many ways,) and rather boring as a player. Don't even mention that final, which I think was a nadir for men's Major finals of the last 20 years or more. And I count one-sided ones. The level was poor. I'd so rather have Shapovalov in his position, who has a game with swash and buckle. Zverev will likely win a Major, and probably be #1, but he will never be one I can get behind.

Eventually he will win a major, agree I cannot get behind him at all.The ATP is still investigating the abusive and physical behaviour which was cited by a formal girl friend.Still waiting to hear the outcome.

I tried to allude to that only tangentially, but we are waiting to hear something on that from ATP. But even aside from that, and his game being kind of boring, he comes off as a d!ck. TBH.

I am 100% straight guy, Moxie and I agree with you that he is a good looking guy especially in person! :good:
