Roger's movement to his forehand side looks hampered. Actually reminds me of Wimbledon. If he wins this whole thing it's going to be more about his championship calibre than actually being better than the field

I know we disagree about his Wimbledon form but this isn't even close to that. I'd say it's more Montreal and even USO.

Passive vanilla tennis. The only way he could lose this. Aggression is partially a state of mind, he's not playing smart tennis. Easy break to Mcfly.

haha! We'll agree to disagree. I think Roger has been there for the taking this past half year. I've been seriously impressed by his ability to gut things out. Hitting a cross court forehand at an angle is a real problem for Roger at the moment. I don't know why. But his serve is reasonable. Something is impairing his movement to his forehand though

Big hold from Goffin. He's looked good since the first. What happened to him v. Dimitrov? Anyone see that?

Certainly he played better earlier in the year but he was still scary good at times in Halle, Wimbledon, Shanghai and Basel. His tennis against Goffin and Zverev is right there with the USO

This is utter puke to watch from Roger. Looks like he's injured again. No reason for the passive display otherwise.

It feels like the winner of this upcoming game wins the match. Roger missed his best chance to break as Mcfly played a terrible game but Roger more than matched him

I actually wonder whether something happened to him at Halle. Before that he was running on to angled shots wide to his forehand well until after Halle. something changed

What a joke. Really disappointing end for this season. He needs #7 here, no way Nole doesn't win at least one more YEC

Goffin dialed in. Refuses to go away. Just 2 games away from winning this.

Always have said London is a bad court for him too but didn't expect this type of performance.

It's all on Goffin IMO, if he doesn't choke he wins this. Roger shown no signs of life the past 2 sets

Getting abused in all neutral rallies yet he slices back 2nd serve. Retarded tennis

Good for Goffin. Wouldn't mind if Grigor wins this whole thing. Time for Roger to rest, get fit and prepare for Australia
